Mark W. Patterson, Managing Member
Mr. Patterson received his J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University, in 1990 and his B.A. from Brigham Young University, graduating Cum Laude in 1987. He was a shareholder at Kolesar & Leatham, CHTD, from 1997 to 2002 where he practiced real estate, banking law, and commercial litigation.
He served as Branch Manager of Cascade Financial Services from 2002 to 2005. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Patterson served five years as Compliance Officer and Legal Counsel for Sunwest Financial Services, a full service mortgage lender located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Mr. Patterson has been a member of the State Bar of Nevada since 1990 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, District of Nevada and all Nevada state courts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Mr. Patterson is also licensed as a Principal Lending Manager in the State of Utah.
